4A Zeolite
Characteristic
4A Zeolite exhibits as white solid particles. Showed network-like structure, it contains uniform pores, whose size is around 0.42nm. Its specific surface area of about 600m2 / R, It can not dissolve in water or organic solvents, while it can be dissolved in alkali and acids. Heated above 800 ℃, it will re-form into white crystalline silica-like structure. 4A Zeolite shows abilities of adsorbing moisture, liquids, gases and non-saturated organic material. Its theoretical exchange capacity is 352CaCO3mg / g, typically 290 ~ 320mgCaCO3 / g. Its whiteness ≥ 95%, pH value of 10 ~ 11.5, apparent density of 0.3 ~ 0.5g/cm3, and average particle size of 2μm.
Application
4A Zeolite is a non-toxic, odorless, tasteless and highly mobile white powder, with remarkable calcium ion exchange capacity and surface adsorption. 4A Zeolite will introduce no environmental pollution, and therefore becoming an ideal alternative to Sodium Tripolyphosphate to be auxiliary using in detergent manufacturing.
Mean while, 4A Zeolite can be widely used in gas or liquid depth of dry, oil and gas fields of the dehumidification, paints, dyes, paints dehydration, medicines, electronic components dry, being an ideal absorbent, desiccant and separation agents.
